Meet Pastor Khaled Isaac
Pastor Khaled Isaac’s journey of faith began in the heart of the Middle East, where he was raised in both Amman, Jordan, and Bethlehem — two cities steeped in biblical history. He grew up in a very conservative Greek Orthodox home and attended Catholic schools, where he was introduced to the rich traditions of Christianity. These early experiences shaped his deep respect for the Christian faith, while also instilling in him a heart for unity across denominations and cultures.
The son of a humble carpenter and his devoted mother, Mary, Pastor Khaled learned the values of hard work, humility, and faithfulness from an early age. His upbringing grounded him in the principles of service and integrity, which continue to influence his leadership today.
A credentialed pastor with the Assemblies of God, Pastor Khaled has a unique combination of spiritual and professional leadership experience. He previously led global teams in the Middle East and now serves as a leader at one of Michigan’s top automotive dealerships. He also leads Risen Flint Church in Flint, Michigan, a growing congregation focused on revival, transformation, and community.
Pastor Khaled’s life and ministry are a testament to God’s faithfulness and His ability to bring people together, regardless of background. With a passion for reaching people of all cultures and backgrounds, Pastor Khaled leads with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to living out the Gospel in every area of life.

Jen Isaac is a loving mother to two daughters and the Family Pastor at Risen Flint Church. With a deep love for Jesus and a heart for serving people, Jen is passionate about helping families grow in faith and build strong, healthy relationships. As a certified health and wellness instructor, she specializes in holistic treatments that nurture the body, mind, and spirit, encouraging others to live balanced, healthy lives. Jen embraces the diverse, cross-cultural setting of Risen Church, believing that every person is uniquely created and valued by God. She serves hand in hand with her husband, Pastor Khaled, in ministry, working together to build a community rooted in love, faith, and wellness. Jen’s unwavering dedication to serving others, her love for Jesus, and her holistic approach to wellness make her an invaluable part of the Risen Church family.

Meet Jeff & Nikki Scarberry
Jeff and Nikki are faithful, servant-hearted leaders at Risen Flint Church, where they oversee both the Safety Team and the Risen Food Pantry. With decades of combined ministry experience across various churches, they bring not only leadership and structure but also deep compassion and a genuine love for people. Their presence at Risen is a gift — shaped by wisdom, humility, and a lifelong commitment to the Kingdom of God.
Jeff is nothing short of a walking miracle. After surviving a life-threatening illness, his restored health is a powerful testimony of God’s healing power and grace. His quiet strength and steady faith, even through suffering, continue to inspire everyone around him. Today, he stands as a living witness to God’s mercy — faithfully serving to protect and care for the church body through the Safety Team he leads.
Nikki brings her own passion and warmth to the Risen Food Pantry, where she leads with compassion, order, and a heart for the hurting. Week after week, she helps meet real needs with practical love, ensuring that every person who walks through the doors knows they are seen, valued, and cared for.
Together, Jeff and Nikki lead not from a platform, but from the trenches — walking closely with Jesus and Pastor Khaled and Jen. Their story is one of faith, endurance, healing, and servant-hearted leadership.
